Questions we get all the time
Will customers know they're talking to AI?
Your clone writes like you, in short messages with natural pauses, because it's built from your real material. It isn't built to trick anyone: if a customer asks whether they're talking to a person, it tells the truth. And if they want a human, it hands the conversation to you.
Can my account get banned?
Your clone connects through official, authorized providers: Meta's API for Instagram and WhatsApp, and a carrier-registered number for SMS. It only replies to customers who message you first, follows up only within each channel's rules, and never sends mass messages. If a customer texts STOP, it never messages them again.
What if it gets a question it can't answer, or a customer gets upset?
It answers with what it knows about your business and your usual answers. If it's an unusual case, if a customer gets frustrated or asks for a person, it stops and passes the conversation to you with a WhatsApp alert.
I already have someone answering messages. Is this for me?

What do I need to do, and how long does it take?
